 For the first prompt, I would say I have had an overall positive experience using social media, specifically Instagram for my Personal Learning Network. I am able to interact with fellow musicians, to learn and compare experiences with them as well as create bonds that foster lifelong friendships. This platform is also beneficial because it allows me to find musically inclined people and prospective students I can interact with in a private teaching settingnces from all over the world.  I would say my experienc. Blog Post #1       For this class I am hoping to learn how to better utilize technology to help my students. I want for technology to become a tool to be used when needed but not a central part of how I teach. Technology is an increasingly large part of the classroom and though I feel knowledgeable about technology, I do not want it to overshadow my teaching or my students learning. I also hope to gain tools I have not yet heard of to increase my knowledge within the sphere of classroom technology.  I have used apps and pdf file viewing inside the classroom before such as using apps that slow down music as well as help mark spot in music that causes issues, I have used pdf viewers to view and showcase sheet music. As well as I have used photo editing software and poster making software to develop flyers and activities in the classroom in both a student and teacher perspective.
